Archives...
Was cleaning out my purse today and found some notes I had written regarding milestones in Londyn's life. The first one is dated last week of April, 2010. It says, "Learned to wave bye-bye. You look @ your little hand as it opens & closes in amazement. Should be crawling anytime." The second note is dated May 10, 2010. It says, "Crawled to the toy basket, emptied toys & crawled to me in the recliner. Went from crawling position to sitting up." Note three is dated Friday, July 30, 2010 and says, "Londyn was sitting on my lap while we waited for me to go back for my biopsy. I'd say "eye" and point to my eye. I'd say "nose" and point to my nose. Then "mouth" and point to my mouth. I told her "your turn". She said "eye". So stinkin cute. She can say 'A', 'Hi Sis-Sis', 'Hi La-La', 'Hi momma', 'Huh?' I love hearing her say 'huh?' and she can say 'what's that?' Such a smart baby!" I also found the sticker she got from her 1 yr old check up dated 10-19-10. Her height is 29 1/2 inches and weight is 21.8 lbs.

Baby, Baby OOOHHHHH & Easter...
I don't have this on video yet, but I will. Londyn has started singing Justin Bieber's "Baby". This has to be one of the cutest things. Laykan has loved Justin since finding him on YouTube in 2009. Her room is COMPLETELY covered with pictures and posters of Justin and we have every cd he has come out with to date. Londyn knows "Sissy" loves "Bieber". Video at a later post.
I don't have my pictures from Easter downloaded yet either so they will come on a later post as well. But Resurrection Day was great. Our service at church was wonderful with lots of souls saved. The weather wasn't the greatest but it made for good napping. We got together with my family on Saturday so Heather would be there. The little kids hunted eggs in the wet grass.
It has been raining for a week. Makes it really hard to get motivated to do much of anything.

Please be patient...
I'm trying to figure out how to design my blog. It may take some time and hopefully I will get it just the way I want it.
Gorgeous weather & Dermabond Update...
So this past weekend was full of fun things to do. Sunday our church had its annual River Valley Thunder. Mike was happy to take Laykan on the motorcycle ride. She loves riding the Harley and so does Mike. I stayed home with Londyn while she napped and went out there after the ride was over. It was a beautiful day...
On Saturday we went to the KISR kite flight. KISR has been sponsoring this event for as long as I can remember. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed getting out of the house.
After church Sunday we all went out to Mom & Dad's for Chris's 18th birthday celebration. Hard to believe he is 18. I remember when he was born so to think of him as 18 already blows my mind.
The picture below was taken the day of Londyn's accident at school. This is what she looked like right after she got her Dermabond on.
This was day 8 after the Dermabond and it is starting to come off. You can really see it in this picture but I'm anxious to see what the scar will look like when its all the way off. Not sure if you can see it in this picture, but she also has a busted lip from diving on to a pile of pillows she had stacked in the floor at her Nanny & Papaws. She is so rowdy & tough.

Cancun...Here We Come
Peyton, MY BEST FRIEND SINCE WE WERE 12, and I are going on our first and probably only vacation together without children. This is our 30th year of friendship as well as our 43rd year of life. She turned 43 in February and I will turn 43 the day after we get back. This is a once in a lifetime trip for us. We leave on the 15th and return on the 18th. Although I'm a little sad to be leaving my girls behind, I'm very excited at the same time about getting to sleep in, take naps if I want, have an uninterrupted meals and to just do whatever it is I want to do. I love my girls with my whole heart but this is a much needed time a way from them. I will miss them every minute I'm gone but I'm sure some time away will help make me a better, more appreciative mom when I get back. Pictures of our trip will come later but here are a few of our history together...
